Conscious SF April: Crowdfunding for Impact with IndieGoGo, Lava Mae, and The Learning Shelter

Crowdfunding continues to be a powerful platform that allows any individual to fundraise to reach their goals. Beyond raising money, crowdfunding helps build an engaged community to rally the resources to make real change in our cities. Specifically, for innovations on ending homelessness and poverty, crowdfunding could be the key to aggregating the resources and community support needed.

We sat down last month for a lively discussion around crowdfunding for impact with Breanna DiGimmarino of IndieGoGo Life, Doniece Sandoval of Lava Mae, and Marc Roth of The Learning Shelter. Watch the conversation now:

Join us in May for our upcoming fireside chat with Jennifer Friedenbach of Coalition on Homelessness, interviewed by Kim-Mai Cutler of TechCrunch. RSVP here.
